- EXCEPCION. Cuando por cualquier circunstancia el Concejo no fijare la asignación mensual del Alcalde, este devengará el valor resultante de promediar el máximo y el mínimo de la respectiva categoría municipal, hasta cuando la corporación lo determine (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 89).
