ARTICULO 95. Descanso remunerado por lactancia. Las Agentes de la Policía Nacional, tienen derecho a un lapso de una (1) hora diaria para amamantara su hijo durante los primeros seis (6) meses de edad, tiempo que puede ser ampliado previo concepto del médico respectivo. Este período no se descontará de la asignación mensual.
