La dirección y representación legal de la Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios corresponde al Superintendente de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios, quien desempeñará sus funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control, con independencia de las Comisiones de Regulación respectivas y con la inmediata colaboración de los Superintendentes Delegados.
