ARTICULO 1°. Apruébanse los estatutos de la Compañía de Financiamiento Comercial de Promociones S. A. "Pronta" adoptados por su Junta Directiva en sesiones del 12 de junio y 9 de julio de 1986, según consta en actas 397 y 401, cuyo texto es el siguiente: "La Junta Directiva de la Compañía de Financiamiento Comercial de Promociones S. A. 'Pronta' según lo dispuesto por el artículo 14 del Decreto legislativo número 2920 de octubre 3 de 1982, y el artículo 3º de la Resolución ejecutiva 04 del 10 de enero de 1986, RESUELVE:
