° La Prefectura general de Policía de Cundinamarca quedará eliminada desde el 1.° de Enero de 1896 y de esta fecha en adelante el Prefecto de la Provincia de Bogotá tendrá la denominación y atribuciones señaladas por las leyes á los funcionarios de su clase. Publíquese.
