Las sanciones a los funcionarios judiciales se ejecutarán en la forma prevista en este código. Las multas serán impuestas a favor de la Gerencia de la Rama Judicial o quien haga sus veces. Igual destino tendrán las sanciones impuestas, por quejas temerarias a que se refiere esta normatividad.
