Modifícanse los literales a) c), e) y f) del artículo 10 del Decreto 672 de 1991, en el sentido de adicionar las franjas allí contempladas, con los productos clasificables por las siguientes partidas del Arancel de Aduanas: a) Franja de trigo: 1001.90.30.00, 1103.11.00.00 y 1109.00.00.00; c) Franja de maíz: 1103.13.00.00; e) Franja de sorgo: 1008.20.90.00; f) Franja de soya: 1503.00.00.00, 1517.90.00.00 y 1518.00.00.90.
