Vigencia del Banco de Oferentes. El Banco de Oferentes tendrá una vigencia de tres (3) años. Una vez cumplido este término, si la entidad territorial certificada no ha superado las condiciones que generan la insuficiencia o las limitaciones, se conformará un nuevo Banco de Oferentes.
