Los servicios diplomático, consular y del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, a que se refiere el artículo 1º de este Decreto - constituirán una sola carrera -, y en consecuencia, los funcionarios de estos servicios podrán ser trasladados o promovidos de uno a otro, dentro de la equivalencia de categorías siguiente: Servicio diplomático.
