Habrá un Subdirector General de Aduanas. La primera persona nombrada para este cargo lo será directamente por el Gobierno, para un período que expirará el 31 de diciembre de 1932. De ahí en adelante, el período de empleado durará cuatro años, su nombramiento será hecho por el Gobierno de terna que le presentará la Junta General de Aduanas. Reemplazará al Director General en las vacantes, ausencias e inhabilitaciones de éste, y tendrá las demás obligaciones y funciones que le impongan las leyes y los reglamentos. Devengará un sueldo mensual igual a las dos terceras partes del que se fije al Director General. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 25/10/1984
