° El personal de Instrucción Criminal a que se refiere el artículo 2 del Decréto 519 de 27 de marzo de 1971 tendrá., además de la licencia remunerada que establece dicha norma, derecho a que se le paguen viáticos y gastos de transporte cuando los cursos de que tratan el mismo decreto, y la Ley 15 de 1972 se realicen en lugares diferentes a sus sedes habituales de trabajo.
