Registro de actuaciones de las Comisarías de Familia. El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho y el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar cooperarán en el marco de sus funciones para asegurar que las Comisarías de Familia puedan utilizar el sistema de información creado en virtud del artículo 77 de la Ley 1098 de 2006, o el que haga sus veces, como herramienta para la ejecución de sus competencias.

Parágrafo

transitorio. Para permitir el acceso, capacitación y asistencia técnicafuncional para el registro los entes rectores adoptarán un plan piloto con las Comisarías de Familia y, de manera progresiva, se incluirán progresivamente hasta completar la cobertura en todo el territorio nacional.
