ARTICULO 363 . Interrogatorio al indagado . En la recepción de indagatoria solamente el funcionario judicial podrá dirigir preguntas al indagado. La intervención del defensor no le dará derecho para insinuar al indagado las respuestas que debe dar, pero podrá objetar al funcionario las preguntas que no haga en forma legal y correcta.
