Los gastos con cargo a las partidas apropiadas para la Cámara de Representantes y el Senado de la República serán ordenados por el Presidente de la respectiva corporación, previa solicitud escrita de la Mesa Directiva de la Comisión correspondiente y no podrán ser destinados a gastos diferentes de los solicitados por éstas.
