amends ley 1952/19

Modifícase el artículo 256 de la Ley 1952 de 2019 , el cual quedará así:

Artículo 256. Competencia. Corresponde exclusivamente a las Comisiones Seccionales de Disciplina Judicial, juzgar disciplinariamente, en primera instancia, a los Jueces de Paz conforme a la Ley 497 de 1999 o normas que la modifiquen.

Corresponde exclusivamente a la Comisión Nacional de Disciplina Judicial, el conocimiento de los asuntos disciplinarios contra los conjueces que actúan ante los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo, las Salas de Justicia de la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz y Comisiones Seccionales de Disciplina Judicial.
