El automóvil importado por un funcionario diplomático con liberación de derechos de Aduana no podrá ser transferido a terceros sino con previo aviso al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, sin cuya autorización la Dirección de Circulación y Tránsito se abstendrá de matricular el vehículo en el registro pertinente y de extender la correspondiente tarjeta de propiedad.
