° Para los efectos indicados en el artículo anterior los interesados deberán suministrar las pruebas principales o supletorias de que trata el artículo 2°. del decreto numero 322 de 1938 y la inscripción será ordenada por medio de resolución motivada de la comisión, en la forma y términos previstos en el artículo 3o. del mismo decreto.
