° Los testigos deben expresar en su declaración la razón de su dicho, ó sea el modo como han adquirido el conocimiento de los hechos que aseguran como verdaderos. Si la razón del dicho no se suficiente ó da lugar á duda acerca de la verdad de los hechos ó de la veracidad del testigo, al Agente del Ministerio público deberá preguntar al testigo hasta poner en claro el valor probatorio de su testimonio.
