Como complemento necesario de lo dispuesto anteriormente, incorpórase al plan de carreteras nacionales el ramal que parte de la carretera Panamericana en el punto de El Crucero y va hasta la ciudad de Caloto. El Gobierno procederá a darle a ese ramal las debidas especificaciones y a pavimentarla.
