° Facúltase el Director General del Departamento Nacional de Provisiones para que formule sus observaciones al Ministerio o entidad correspondiente, siempre que en concepto suyo, los pedidos que se le hacen a la dependencia adolezcan de exceso en la cantidad o sean inconvenientes por otros aspectos.
