Gobierno escolar . Las instituciones educativas de que trata el artículo anterior, deberán organizar un Gobierno escolar, conformado por el rector, el Consejo Directivo y el Consejo Académico, garantizando la representación de la comunidad educativa, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Constitución Política y la ley. En todo caso, para la integración del Consejo Directivo deberá tenerse en cuenta lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.3.3.1.5.1. de este Decreto. (Decreto 3011 de 1997, artículo 29).
