La pena será de dos meses a tres años de arresto, si el delito se cometiere en cualquiera de las siguientes circunstancias: Produciendo infección o contagio en ganados u otros animales. Empleando sustancias venenosas o corrosivas. En despoblado o por personas constituidas en cuadrilla. En archivos, bibliotecas, museos, puentes, caminos u otros bienes de uso público, o tumbas, monumentos u objetos de arte colocados en sitios públicos.
