El presente acuerdo deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarías, rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y produce efector fiscales desde el primero (1°) de diciembre de mil novecientos sesenta y ocho (1968), para los empleados que estando al servicio de la Escuela en dicha fecha sean incorporados en la nueva planta.
