Ni las pensiones civiles, ni las militares, podrán ser embargadas judicialmente Queda comprendido en esta prohibición el denuncio voluntario que pueden hacerse los pensionados del valor de la pensión para pagar créditos a su cargo en las demandas que judicialmente se intenten contra aquellos.
