Parágrafo

del artículo 364 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “

La reimportación podrá ser efectuada por persona diferente a la que realizó la exportación temporal, sin necesidad de sustituir al exportador, en cuyo caso se debe adjuntar, además de la declaración de exportación temporal para reimportación en el mismo estado, el documento que demuestre la operación comercial” .
