º. Modifícase el artículo 1º del Decreto 1734 de 1998, el cual quedará así: "Nómbrase como Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público ad hoc al doctor Gustavo Adolfo Canal Mora, Ministro de Transporte, para que forme parte de la Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas del Ministerio de Minas y Energía, cuando se trate de estudiar y tramitar aquellos asuntos que la citada comisión deba conocer en materia de la actividad transportadora de gas".
