Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, sin perjuicio del régimen de transición dispuesto en el artículo 9° del presente decreto, y modifica los artículos 2.31.1.3.1, 2.31.4.2.2, 2.31.4.3.3, 2.31.4.4.1, 2.31.4.4.6, 2.31.4.4.7, 2.31.4.4.8, 2.31.5.1.2, y elimina el inciso tercero del artículo 2.31.4.4.7 del Decreto 2555 de 2010.
