º . Procedimiento de venta. Las acciones objeto del presente Decreto se venderán a través del mercado bursátil en las condiciones vigentes el día en que se formalice la transacción y su pago se hará de contado. En todo caso, el precio de venta no podrá ser inferior al mayor al que se hubieren vendido las acciones en el martillo a que se refiere el Decreto 2049 de 1993.
