Art. 3.° Con el objeto de facilitar los fondos paro construir la via férrea de que trata el artículo 1.° de la presente lei, el Gobierno nacional garantizará el Interes i del siete por ciento anual sobre las sumas que se inviertan en la espresada obra. Esta garantía no escederá de trescientos mil pesos anuales, durante veinticinco años, i será pagada por semestres vencidos, en vista de las relaciones comprobadas de fondos invertidos i obras ejecutadas, que el Poder Ejecutivo del Estado de Cundinamarca presentará al Poder Ejecutivo de la Union.
