Art. 86. Los fenecimientos definitivos de que tratan los dos artículos anteriores, hacen referencia solamente á las operaciones descritas en los respectivos libros de la cuenta. En consecuencia, el responsable de una cuenta aunque ésta haya sido fenecida, debe responder en cualquier tiempo por las cantidades que hubiere recibido y de que no se hizo cargo. En este caso se le abrirá un nuevo juicio de cuentas por las partidas que aparezcan y de que no se hubiere cargado.
