Cobertura. La Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones, Caprecom, a partir de la entrada de vigencia de la presente ley afiliará en salud, de acuerdo con sus disponibilidades y según los parámetros establecidos para la EPS, a todo ciudadano nacional o extranjero que a título individual o colectivo lo solicitare, siempre y cuando cumpla con los requisitos establecidos por la Ley 100 de 1993 .
