El Comité se dará su propio reglamento dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la vigencia del presente Decreto, para lo cual será convocado por la Subsecretaría de Comunidades Colombianas en el Exterior y Asuntos Consulares del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, en fecha que será informada a los miembros con cinco (5) días de anticipación.
