Art. 1.° Cédense en favor de los establecimientos de asilo de la ciudad de Bogotá los terrenos del alto de San Diego que pertenecian al estinguido convento de San Diego, los terrenos de Ejipto que pertenecian a la capellanía de dicha ermita, i el área donde existió el "Molino del Cubo."

Parágrafo

Esceptúanse de la concesión que se hace en el artículo anterior, las cuatro hectaras de tierra que se ceden al Estado soberano de Cundinamarca en el alto de San Diego para la construcción de una casa penitenciaria.
