Estatuto de Racionamiento . Cuando el Ministerio de Minas y Energía considere que se encuentran operativas y en funcionamiento las disposiciones establecidas en el presente decreto, ajustará la normatividad que se encuentre vigente en desarrollo de lo establecido en el artículo 16 de la Ley 401 de 1997, armonizándolas con lo previsto en este decreto.
