Los compromisos de enganche que firmen los Suboficiales tanto combatientes como de servicios, se contraerán antes de conferir un nuevo grado al Suboficial, y se harán por lapsos de un año. Para firmar nuevo compromiso, el interesado debe someterse a un nuevo examen de capacidad técnica y de aptitud física, y solamente será aceptado si los antecedentes de conducta general del aspirante y su edad se encuentran dentro de las exigencias de este Decreto.
