Falta de derecho del titular . Si un nacional o extranjero es portador de un pasaporte colombiano sin tener derecho, el documento será retenido, cancelado y remitido a la autoridad judicial competente. De igual manera se procederá cuando se haya establecido una suplantación de identidad personal, habiéndose formulado la denuncia penal correspondiente, por parte del interesado.
