La implementación del sistema oral en la especialidad laboral se hará en forma gradual en un término no superior a cuatro (4) años, a partir del primero (1°) de enero de 2008. El Gobierno Nacional hará la asignación de recursos para la financiación de dicha implementación en cada vigencia.
