Art. 142. Cuando lo que se anulare sea parte de un proceso, de suerte que el juicio haya de seguirse a continuación del mismo proceso, el funcionario que dio lugar a la nulidad no será obligado a pagar las escrituras y demás documentos que con sólo reproducirlos en el término probatorio surten su efecto.
