La historia Clínica es el registro obligatorio de las condiciones de salud o enfermedad de un usuario. Es un documento privado, y al igual que los demás registros fisioterapéuticos, sometido a reserva; únicamente puede ser conocida por terceros, ajenos a la intervención profesionales, en los casos previstos por la ley y cuando medie autorización del usuario o, en defecto suyo, de sus familiares o responsables.
