ARTICULO 4 º. Los docentes de la universidades estatales y oficiales del orden departamental, municipal y distrital que se vinculan, a la institución respectiva, a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto y quienes opten por el régimen salarial y prestacional establecido en el artículo 2º del presente decreto efectuarán los aportes a la previsión social en los términos establecidos en las normas legales vigentes.
