La disolución del vínculo matrimonial o de la unión singular y permanente, por fallecimiento del titular de la visa, no implica la cancelación de la otorgada a sus beneficiarios. Sin embargo, el beneficiario deberá ajustarse a lo dispuesto en el Artículo 15 del presente decreto.
