Las condiciones técnicas de la vía serán las mismas del ferrocarril del Pacifico y las tarifas serán sometidas a la aprobación del Gobierno, y en ningún caso serán superiores a las del ferrocarril entre Cali y Popayán.

Parágrafo 1

. No podrá darse principio a los trabajos de construcción del ferrocarril antes de que sean aprobados por el Ministerio de Obras Publicas los planos y perfiles correspondientes. Las variantes que a estos se introduzcan requieren asimismo la aprobación del expresado Ministerio.

Parágrafo 2

El Interventor del Ferrocarril del Pacifico ejercerá también sus atribuciones sobre el ferrocarril de que trata esta Ley.
