º . Los registros de importación se tramitarán usando la terminología correspondiente a las posiciones arancelarias a que se refiere este Decreto. Además deberán llevar la siguiente leyenda: "Este registro ampara la importación de mercancías comprendidas en el Programas de Liberación del Acuerdo de Cartagena, originaria y provenientes de los países miembros de dicho Acuerdo, siempre, que no se encuentren incluidas en las listas de Excepciones.
