De acuerdo con lo previsto en el numeral 4º del artículo 19 del Código Nacional de Tránsito, no se otorgarán ni renovarán licencias de conducción a quienes de conformidad con los resultados del examen de aptitud física, mental y psicotécnica resulten ser adictos a estupefacientes y sustancias psicotrópicas.
