Tarifas de los servicios postales. Las tarifas de los servicios postales gozarán de un régimen de libertad vigilada por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones. El Gobierno Nacional podrá intervenir cuando así lo considere necesario y fijar parámetros tarifarios mínimos o máximos, a fin de regular la forma de prestación de algunos de los servicios postales.
