En un plazo de un (1) año, contado a partir de la fecha de la vigencia de este Decreto, las precooperativas constituidas con anterioridad a ésta, deberán adaptar sus estatutos a las disposiciones contenidas en el mismo. Hasta la fecha de la sanción por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas de las reformas estatutarias adoptadas y presentadas para el efecto dentro del plazo establecido, las precooperativas se regirán conforme a sus estatutos.
