Art 266. cuando se solicite por uno ó más consignatarios que representen más de la mitad de la masa partible, la suspensión de la participación de los bienes mientras se deciden cualquiera, acción ya intentada, cuya decisión pueda afectar más de la mitad de dicha masa, el Juez resolverá la solicitud de conformidad.
