ARTICULO 2.3.1.55.- PROHIBICION DE ADQUIRIR BONOS PROPIOS. La sociedad emisora no podrá adquirir, por sí ni por interpuesta persona sus propios bonos, salvo que la negociación se efectúe en bolsa de valores. Dicha adquisición implica la amortización extraordinaria de los mismos y la consiguiente cancelación de los títulos.
