El empleado que presida el remate de mercancías abandonadas o de contrabando puede suspender el acto si llegare a comprender que hay colusión entre los individuos que se presentan como licitadores, o cuando no hubiere sino un solo postor, y dará cuenta inmediatamente de esta providencia al Ministerio de Hacienda.
