° Destínase al General Alcides Arzayús al puesto de Secretario del Ministerio de Guerra, en reemplazo del General Eliecer Gómez Mayoral, a quien se destina como Jefe del Departamento General de Guerra del mismo Ministerio. Para llenar la vacante que deja el General Arzayús en la Inspección General del Ejército, llámase al servicio activo al General Juan Francisco Urdaneta y destínasele en reemplazo de aquél.
